Stayed at the Badlands KOA 2 nights. Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The amenities were more than expected. After hiking the badlands it was nice to have the pool there that the whole family enjoyed using. The grounds and restrooms were well maintained and clean. If we make it back to the Badlands, we will definitely be staying here again!
Shady campsites with trees and bushes full of birds. No alarm bell required. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi was working great. Facilities as expected. Would come again.
We really enjoyed this KOA. The campsite was beautiful and well maintained and the facilities were well kept. The staff made us feel welcome and we're very friendly. Perhaps the biggest surprise was the quality of the food, we were at the end of our trip and our food had run out (and options are limited in the Badlands). The pizza was amazing and breakfast did not disappoint. My only regret was having only one night here!
Great campground-- nice level sites-- wifi worked great. Super friendly staff. Clean bath rooms, nice laundry facility. Pool was still open after Labor Day as it was 90 degrees which was a huge plus for this family. Close proximity to badlands for sight seeing. Love camping at KOA always a great experience!!
Being able to have fires set this place apart from other Badlands campgrounds. Good sized tent sites. Some can be close together though. Friendly staff and a good price. Well-kept campground and I make a point to stay there on the way back from every road trip I can.
